Star Sapphire energy work explores the  inner dynamic of our "inner man" and "inner woman". It can help us to discover new insights about our lifes. If both sides discover their own creativity and joy, a completely new harmony and joy of life results. We now are capable of creating our life and our relationships in a conscious way.

 New perspectives open up in our lifes, and we feel supported by inner resources we could not access before.

If our inner harmony is disturbed, this imbalance can create depression, lack of motivation or physical manifest diseases.

Consciously perceiving our inner polarity opens up completely new possibilities in our life: in our work, in relationships or in meditation.

A session takes ca. 90 - 120 minutes and usually starts by reading the persons energy in his feet and the 7 chakras. The following session uses this reading and enters into a verbal dialogue of the inner polarities.
